Returns Policy

You have seven days from the date you receive a guitar sent to you by courier to assess it. The date you receive it is taken to be the date that you, or your representative, signed for receipt of the guitar from the courier. If you wish to return it you must do so by insured carrier at your own expense having first notified me that you are going to do so. The guitar must be exactly as sent to you and in its original packaging. Once I am satisfied that these conditions have been met, I will promptly refund your money, less the original shipping cost, by the same means you used for payment.

However, I spend a lot of time writing accurate descriptions of my stock and will answer your questions honestly before you purchase, so I expect a return to be a very unusual scenario.
